In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Spicy Mexican-Style Chicken Tenders. This recipe was sent to me by CptvonChaos, and its original name is “Sneaky Pete’s Chicken Wings/Tenders.” I mmediately loved the quick and easy recipe and got his permission to share it with all of you. Ingredients: chicken tenders and/or chicken wings (I used 2 pounds of chicken tenders, and these were quite spicy! You might want to use 3 or 4 pounds of chicken for the amount of coating, if you don’t like them spicy.) 2 Mexican flavor packets—taco, chili, enchilada, fajita, burrito, etc. (I used 1 burrito packet and 1 taco packet.) gallon-sized Ziploc plastic bag (I used a quart-sized bag, and it was a little small!) Empty the two Mexican flavor packets into a gallon-sized Ziploc plastic bag. Toss chicken tenders and/or wings into the bag, a few at a time. Shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray or on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for about 30 minutes. Start checking them after about 20 minutes, and remove them from the oven when they are completely done. Serve immediately and enjoy!!! Thank you for the recipe, CptvonChaos! –Betty 
